Universal Music Japan Tweeted this photo of Bill with his new hairstyle during this interview they had earlier this morning. Universal Music Japan Tweeted that his new hairstyle shocked them and it looks like his fauxhawk has light bulbs on them. This is an interesting hairdo, though.
